Microsoft Unified Communications and AGS

While Microsoft's Unified Communications (UC) solutions including Exchange Server 2007 and Office Communicator 2007 have the ability to revolutionize the way communications take place, it does require a special skill set to implement.   • Backup of configuration files associated with UM and OCS software

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Support Configuration of Routing Rules associated with UM software
  • Support Backup of appropriate UM and OCS configuration files
