AGS uses a combination of internal and outsourced manufacturing and product assembly. AGS maintains the bill of materials, procures and kits all parts and components, and subcontracts some board and cable assemblies to pre-approved manufacturing vendors.
Subcontractors bring subassemblies to AGS for inspection, final assembly, serialization, programming, branding, and packaging. AGS maintains all materials in climate-controlled, secure areas and generates complete documentation packages, including detailed work instructions, process control sheets, quality system documentation and systems build sheets for each solution.
AGS provides various levels of product integration from the vertical integration of board, chassis and operating systems to the integration of standard platform and turnkey systems. AGS also tailors the appropriate level of integration to meet each customer's specific criteria associated with the manufactured product.
